My iPad lock screen is the default blue animated bubbles, and the home screen is a longer story.
My siblings changed the wallpaper to something weird as an April Fool's prank (I changed my password to something impossible to figure out afterwards) but anyway my skull is so thick that I didn't realize that it was changed for months. In general I've been told that I'm a terrible person to pull April Fool's jokes on.
That happened years ago and the wallpaper is still like that because I forgot about it.
