When i play terraria it is moving in slow motion but ive read online posts saying turn on frame skip but when i do the game runs really really fast at like 3x the normal speed and idk what to do

Do you realy think it's on x3? It's can be faster than Nonframe skip in x3.
Try to low your graphical settings such a wave effect.

Please try using the option Frame Skip: Subtle and let us know how that goes.

I have turned all the graphical things as low as i can and the game still runs in slow motion but no matter what i have on or off if i have frame skip on its faster than its supposed to be wether its 2x 3x or 20x its still faster and if frame skip is subtle or off the game is slo mo
