Hello first time I'm doing this. Don't know if it's the right place or not. So my question is can someone make a sprite icon for another game. NOT FOR FREE. I understand the hard work that comes for doing it.

It's a rpg game also. I can give extra details if needed also.

I'm sorry, but we don't allow people to create threads advertising for desired services. You are welcome to post such requests on your own profile, but it doesn't need a thread. You are welcome to look through the Terraria Art Section and the Non-Terraria Art Section, some artists may have threads there and be open to taking commissions, but read their threads opening posts and be sure they are taking requests before posting or contacting any creators.

That said, this forum is mostly about Terraria and you would probably be better served finding a website that is focused on the creation of artwork, there are plenty of them out there. I would suggest the Resource Request Section of OpenGameArt.org as a good place to start.
