When sitting on a toilet the medium fed buff (sashimi) turns off (times out even if 8 minutes is left) as soon as poo is deposited into your inventory.

You have just explained how to get the new poo block in the game. It's not a bug, it's intentional
You only get poo from eating any food item and sitting on a toilet, not long after, you get poo, the amount of poo depends on the tier of the well fed buff and its duration

OK…I wasn’t sure if it was intentional or not so figured I’d post it just in case. But it does make sense to turn off the buff.
