Working as Designed [Switch] No underground desert entrance spawned

When I was making my world I couldn't find the underground desert. I made more but still, I realized there was no entrance all of the worlds were medium.

Just dig into the desert somewhere. My entrance was under a living tree.

It's intended for the main desert to sometimes not have a direct entrance on world generation.

In Addition to Aiden's advice to dig underground, assuming you are playing on a regular world, the desert with the underground portion will always be on the same side of your world as your jungle.
