Hello, I recently bought terraria as a gift for my cousin because its one of our all time favorite games and we wanted to do a playthrough, but the game just refuses to open for him and we tried everything we could find online and steam is not responding to my refund request. Were thinking if we just refund it and rebuy it maybe it will work. If you have any idea how to fix this or anything like that please respond. Thank you.
