PC Terraria is not starting

My Terraria is not starting i get no error or something like it I tried reinstalling it multiple times when i start it it shows up in my task managers details for a short while and closes again with no window or error opening

You should add the -logerrors -logfile options in steam and send the logfile from the install directory

i aded the -logerrors -logfile under properties and started the game again but cant find the logfile anywhere
