Isn't the portal gun supposed to come out in the 1.3 update?

I don't like the idea of a penalty for use. But I do like the Hole Worm idea

I have now modified the worm's attacks, fixed it up some, added the wormhole staff to it's drops upon a user's request, and generally just improved the thread.

Hi! You can Reduce the chance of The Wormhole staff drop to 20%, 33% (in my opinion) is too high for a weapon, even than the enemie is rare
