Very late to the party, but what other characters are you hoping to see in the upcoming waves?
I really want to see Petey again after almost 20 years of absence (not counting Tour), Diddy Kong too, it's so weird why he wasn't already in the base roster.

I'm glad both of my wishes came true lol.

It would've been funny if they brought R.O.B. back, but... he's technically attached to the karts, so I have no idea how they could've made that work in mario kart 8
