PS4 This is not good

I dont know if this is literally counted as a bug but ill just put this here. So me and my friends are just like "oh let's play terraria" but everytime any of us try to create or join a multplayer server it does not work. We all have playstation plus so its not that. Me and my friends have hoped that it was a sign for console 1.4 but seriously why?

So many people have this problem on the forums, someone needs to make a official post regarding how to fix it or why it happens :/
