tModLoader Tree Trouble

I am currently making a mod with a custom tree and I would like the tree to spawn mobs when shaken, just like in vanilla.
However, I barely know how the code for shaking trees works so I have now idea how to do that. The Example Mod doesn't help that much due to not having any example at all for shaking trees.
Additionally, I am using the Custom Tree Library (which just helps making the tree code more compact) and it has an example tree with everything except for mobs from tree shaking.
Any help?
