Mobile Turning on waves quality messes up with background lighting.

When waves quality is turned on , no matter the quality level(low , mid or high), the background lighting gets messed up. This is highly noticable when it's dawn and the sun starts rising, the background starts getting brighter and weird lines and grid boxes start appearing and it's annoying, sometimes it gets worse and it completely messes up the screen.
