Resolved [PS4] UI Scaling broken

I logged in and I am now unable to see many of the features around the edges of my screen. It is incredibly frustrating as I can no longer see the hotbar, top row of hearts and my mana as well as others. Please enable a feature to fix this
 
To change your games Safe Region/Zone. While on the main menu go to settings > Interface tab > Advanced: > Safe Region and then move the edges in. You should see your hotbar and HP once its moved into the center more.

This will allow you to move the stuff off screen so its on screen.
