Resolved [Xbox One] Freezes On Title Screen

For whatever reason, I can't play Terraria on my Xbox One. I literally purchased it abut 30 minutes ago, my gamer tag is ThreeGee Jr. The title screen is perfectly fine, it says press menu to start and it immediately freezes but the music still plays. My console has no pending updates.

I've done it a few times. It started working after I disconnected my xbox for about 20 minutes.
