The Rise of Liko PSI: Finale
A Final Confrontation

Again, this had to be split up because I take too many pictures. Enjoy the conclusion of this story!

Spoiler: One shall stand. One shall fall.

Midnight Hollow. A dark and dreary place where the sun never shines.

Loki travels through various dimensions after following Liko into the highly-modified Sphere device(see previous post)

And then, he finally materialises out of the other side of the portal.

"Made it!" The portal shuts down with sparks and its clear, its a one-way trip. He'll be stuck here if he doesn't find another way home. Provided he even lives through this day.

"The Enigma! HA! Liko IS here!"

"I will be glad to drive you again..just need to deal with your kidnapper first.."

Liko will know he's coming, yet he insists on sneaking in.

"A robot graveyard..Blu would probably rummage through here with a spade as an excuse to make robot zombies.....I must save her!"

He sneaks into the main courtyard, seems to be a graveyard keeper's mansion.

"I...recognise this door. Good thing I'm not being challenged to a guitar duel, I cant play.."

"I'll just help myself before I head up.."

It's been the longest day ever for Loki. Pretty sure he hasnt even slept since returning to human form.

Creepy place.

He heads for the highest floor, an attic with a charred floor.

Quietly..

Where else would he be?

You can see him easily from the ground floor. Loki must not be as perceptive as he believes..

"Liko!" "Oh, you finally made it. You wouldn't believe how long I've waited for you.."

"No excuses, I'm putting a stop to your evil, and saving my friends from whatever youve done to them!"

"Do you even know where we are...and when?" "No, and I don't care for your lies anyway."

"In that case!"

There be a brawl up there..

Oooh. Loki smacked Liko's head into the bell..

In retaliation, Liko nearly hurls Loki right through that window.

Never lose sight of your opponent

"BEHIND YOU!"

Loki is then overwhelmed, and made to submit. "Enough, your coming with me.."

Reality warps around them as Liko brings them to the tomb underground.

"If you will not listen, you will be made to see."

"And fall into your traps? Never!"

"You, are a fool. Believe what you wish, but you will see for yourself soon enough."

With that, he vanishes.

Loki, stop being childish.

He walks down the halls of Liko's red tomb, to the end passage.

"A..time machine?" Not to mention...

His friends are alive, and in stasis, here in this tomb! He is unable to free them, the doors a are fused shut with Liko's PSI power. The dates on the stasis pods also suggest...they have been here for a..VERY..long time.

He has no doubt in his mind who the fourth pod is reserved for.

Liko warps in again, and tells Loki that it is indeed, destined for Loki. Then reality shifts again..

He finds himself in a dark graveyard back outside. "Loki, I know you noticed the dates on those pods. This is the very VERY distant future you find yourself in..one where I am undefeated by you, your town destroyed and all of its inhabitants killed, and evil unleashed on the world forever. The sun, no longer fully shines upon this world. Now do you understand what you face? All that rests upon you?" "My goal..remains the same. To defeat you and save all that is dear to me." "Then let us begin"

Loki and Loki both leave blue trails behind them as they strike. They are both true masters of martial arts..

"I have waited all these years for you to arrive, Loki. Prepared and planned everything."

"Really? Your pretty rusty to me!"

"Well, that I pinpoint on the fact not a soul has matched our level of skill in centuries."

"This world, is dying, Loki. Such is the extent of my influence!"

"The only reason it has decayed to this point, is because you failed to protect ISP in my absence" "You know that I use PSI, the superior power."

"Your PSI is naught but an abomination, a corruption of ISP!" "What use is a power that cannot be touched or used? Better to twist it to my will where it is given form!"

The fight rages on, each giving and receiving punishing blows

You can see them from the air, going at it.

"How long can you keep this up?" "I'd say the same to you."

As their stamina fades, Loki begins to gain dominance. Liko's long absence of human training partners has shown the gap in their skill. And then, Liko is defeated in martial arts combat.

"You have lost, Liko." "Just a single minor setback!"

"Minor? you've lost much of your power. You no longer have your true appearance."

"What are you backing away for? Are you..fleeing?"

The power loss has weakened his control over this world..as such..

The seal on Mystery's stasis pod breaks, letting him escape

He is, technically, hundreds of years old now, and this is the time he's moved or even thought during that timeframe.

A voice within urges him to escape through the time machine. He can barely process whats going on right now, but it all comes back to him shortly. He is forceed to leave Cenx and Blu behind..

The timestream opens, and he stumbles inside, free of Liko's hold.

He only hopes the others can forgive him.

Mystery is thrown through the past as he tries to find his way back home to Dragon Valley.

Mystery backs out of the portal as he arrives back home in Dragon Valley, waving to the farm owners through the timestream.

He feels like death still, but he feels he should wait around here just in case the others arrive.

It glows once more after a short period of time..

Savagery and the Arcane

Spoiler: Good versus evil? Or simply two opposing egos?

"Flee? Not at all. We are only getting started, you and I. Bio Drain!"

"Most excellent!"

"This energy is...exactly..what I needed!"

Well, Liko did indeed have much plans laid. In addition to his blood wraith powers, hes now added a werewolf's brutal savage nature to his own.

Aroooo!

"..stupid bestial instincts"

"Come, Loki, join me in lycanthropy!"

"Nooo!"

Loki is viscously attacked and bitten repeatedly..

He feels something rising up within his blood..

Something is forcing its way out!

What did you expect?

"Hahaha! it's amusing seeing 'myself' transform into a bald werewolf."

"Now, lets pick up where we left off"

Loki tries some strange threat, and growls at Liko. Of course, Liko is more experienced as a werecreature, so its laughable.

Infact, he even knows the right weapon for the job.

"Really? Yesterday's newspaper? So thats were it went" "Yesterday? HAHAHA!"

Loki, transfixed by the moon, lets out a weak fledgling werewolf howl.

Liko responds with a truly terrifying monstrous howl.

"What was that whimper supposed to be? Was your mother a poodle!?"

"What? You just insulted your own mother, we were born from the same person!"

"Did you...just insult..MY MOTHER?"

"NOBODY insults my mother!"

"Never speak of her again." "What on earth? Have you lost it? YOU insulted her!"

"I WARNED YOU."

Loki is brutally attacked, and try as he might, he cannot fully channel his animalistic rage.

"Can you not fight, poodlespawn?"

Loki is defeated multiple times, giving few blows in return for many.

"Your bestial fighting ability is pathetic, your good nature is holding your power back. You will never win."

The sky is turning reddish-pink briefly..

"Infact you might as well as just picture me as a toilet, its the only thing you CAN break!"

"TOILETS. ITS ALWAYS TOILETS" He seems to snap, Liko is on edge all of a sudden.

"You, Mystery, Cenx, Blu, the nutcase, my coworkers, EVERYONE"

"ALWAYS MOCKING ME ABOUT THE ING TOILET BREAKING! DIIIE!!!"

"Well well...you do..have it in you. If pushed in the right place."

"And youve lost yet more power, haha!"

"And? You have lost just as much of yours. We are still very much equal."

Cenx's pod opens with the weakening of his power.

Its like a hangover thats several centuries old.

Into the timestream with you.

Only one left..

Unlike Mystery, Cenx ends up in the future, with very different adventures.

Seems this portal was indeed linked

She erupts out of the portal, with angry lasersword-wielding soldiers in pursuit

"CLOSE, CLOSE DAMN YOU!"

Its only been a short while since they got seperated in the Dungeon or them, but in reality, this is the first time they have spoken in centuries.

Its not easy staying awake after that long in stasis AND adventures through time immediately after.

Back with Loki.. "Another Bio Drain?"

"I'm..cured?" "We cant have you being animalistic anymore than necessary."

"Then we brawl as men" "Fool!"

"I have something a bit more.."

"...magical planned."

"HA, you need a wand. I only need tap into PSI!"

"It may be a wand, but its the highest of it's tier. My ability is compromised none!"

Liko's spell fires off first..

"Really Liko? A hygiene curse? Your big plan was to make me smell?"

"It was wasn't it, your cackling like a madman."

"Well, I have something for you to."

"Hunger curse!"

"Too bad for you I have food with me." "Damn it!"

Loki glows white, Liko glows red.

The duel commences

"HA, your aim is terrible!"

"Take this in response!"

"And again!"

"A feeble spell! Blocked!"

"Prepare yourself!"

"As you wish"

His shield deflects all of it.

"Fire blast!"

"Argh!"

He is unable to defend himself against the next spell

He counters with purple mist, to the mockery of Liko. "What is that, toilet spray?"

For that, he gets an ice blast to the face. They are duelling in the middle of a thunderstorm. This was awesome to watch.

"What is this, tickle powder?"

"Have some more fire, you seemed to enjoy the last batch."

"Your spells are weak!" "Shut up."

Loki's is on fire and he doesn't even give a .

But, he should because it once again, breaks his defence.

"Thats another loss for you. You lack the will and drive to do what needs to be done to win."

Loki's magic power has also run out, leaving him defenceless against Liko's spells.

"Can you reach a toilet in time? Oh wait! There are no toilets out here"

A harsh truth. His bladder empties itself.

That face that says..

"I feel as if the entire world is watching me in my moment of embarrassing complete failure"

Shake it out. The rain will lessen the impact!

Sometimes you have to wonder who is the mature one.

"With your power gone, you are mine to toy with! Soon you will be in your stasis chamber, forever locked away in a world that crumbles around you"

Again, he is a victim of the flames.

Only this time, he is utterly defenceless. He runs for the forest, leaving a stink trail in his wake, to recharge his magic.

"That coward. Well, I will have to make sure he doesnt escape this graveyard and hide in the shambles of the town."

"But first, I will charm myself with an empty bladder. It would be unseemly to need a toilet mid-battle."

Loki is in dire need of a place to quickly recover.

"This will ensure he does not flee!"

He calls on the corpses buried here to guard the exit.

"Rise, servant!"

That will do for now. His magic reserves are getting low.

Loki however, has quickly recovered and even changed clothing. He still stinks though.

"So, you return." "Indeed. We have a battle to finish."

The battle is fiercer than before, with Loki now putting his strength behind his spells.

However..

"What the? You just cast a good luck charm on me!"

"WHAT? How did that backfire?"

"Your losing power again, thats why! Too much trust in PSI."

"Then I'll bless myself to match. Now we are equal again."

"Equal? I'm not randomly freezing up."

"Allow me to.."

"...break the ice"

"Curses, another spell failed!"

"THIS TIME!"

"ARRRGH!"

A love charm? I don't think thats what he intended. Whats worse is...

It had the opposite effect on Loki nearby.

"I think it's time..I brought this to an end."

With a look of murder, Loki prepares his final spell.

Liko is practically surrendering

Loki has unleashed the Pestilence Curse.

"Loki, what have you done? You have put everything in this region at risk, including yourself!"

He coughs and chokes, as a deathly green vapour rises from him. This spell can ruin a town, as everyone will catch this plague and spread it like mad. Loki already has it himself.

He is now at his absolute weakest.

"Looks like your about to expire, Liko." "Your just as drained as I am! Besides, if I die, you will too!""I can live with that"

Resolution

Spoiler: Every story must end.

Blu awakes from her chamber, alone

She can barely even think for a moment

Her escape is hindered...the time machine panel has broken

She's too tired and weak to fully repair it, only enough to escape.

Success! It's holding together just enough to set the destination time and place and get the doors open

She leaps in as the doors buckle and crash shut

The panel is fried..

Blu is hurled from past to future and back again by the broken time machine I somehow do not have the future pictures, I guess I forgot them.

Blu arrives in her hometime, barely.

The device does not want her to leave

She just manages to pull herself out, as it snaps shut and goes silent and dark.

No good. Ruined.

"Loki wont be returning if this is unfixable.."

The owner of the house calls her over

Ridiculon McSteelman, time traveller extraordinaire, at her service.

She tells him her tale and the story of her travel through time, and the return from the dark and dismal future.

"I know that place well actually, it is my main home. Well, normally it isnt so..evil. There are many ways back here. Of course, "many" is largely determined by whether you came from a time before I arrived and set up shop."

"So I should just trust in him to come back some day?" "If he doesnt die, yes" "Thanks for your help"

"Dont mention it. Ive lived a thousand lives and seen most of what there is to see"

"Helping fellow timetravellers, whether they were intentional travellers or not, is the least I can do."

Meanwhile. Liko once again, bio drain's Loki, now weakened and desperate.

He has one more trick up his sleeve, as his very existence wanes, and PSI runs rampant within him, bursting out of him as reddish-black wing-like tendrils.

He drains his entire brain of PSI energy, and cackles maniacally

I dont see anything..

Bloody hell, is he unstable now or what?

People are no longer looking into the sky with wonder...now they panic and cower. Liko cannot stop laughing like a madman.

Oh.... He's pulled a meteor down from space with PSI.

Run you fools!

Too late.

Your all well and truly ed.

Liko's figure is clearly seen through the fire and smoke, a beacen of evil, madness and hatred.

Well, he's quite happy with himself.

Things explode around him as he moves through the graves.

Confirmed kill. Well, re-kill anyway.

"Live like a servant, die like a servant. At my whim"

Then, he unleashes a mental shockwave, forgetting what summoning a meteor does to his brain.

Time to heal up.

He "consumes" the meteor by absorbing the entire thing into his brain as energy!

"Now, where is Loki?" "HERE" "Oh !"

"How is this possible? If you are dead, then I should be too!" "I gave my physical body to ISP, to protect us from your foolish meteor." "Us?"

"This form is quite fun."

"Quite. Now explain yourself" "I have a condition for you. One final sparring match. If you win, do whatever. If I win, you listen to me and what I have to say." "...very well"

"You fight much more freely now" "There is nothing to hold back. No moral obligations. Only us"

"What makes you think I'll honour my word?" "The fact you are on your last legs, for one, and secondly..I know you."

"Liko, I win. 2 to 1" "You won fairly. Fine, I will..listen..to you" "First of all, I must do something you are very long owed.."

"I suppose I do deserve that, dont I."

"Truce? We are halves of each other, we should not be trying to destroy one another."

"That makes sense for you, and only you. I am your DARK half." "Bio-boost me and I'll use the energy to show you something important" "....FINE"

Bio-boost engaged!

"Take my hand, then place your other hand upon my forehead. We will mindmeld"

Coming across as something really awkward, Liko's mind brushes with Loki's, reminding him of all the things Loki needed him for. Every questionable thing, every dubious exploit, every illicit action.

"We...arent so different" "Exactly. My intention all along, was for us to reunite. As a complete being. Here, take my energy"

"I had foreseen your victory many times over, in many ways, but not one led to an end like this. I will...reunite with you..."

Two halves of the same person.

Liko dissipates himself, willingly.

As he rejoins with his good side, his personality reshifts, removing his Good trait and replacing it with something..more Liko-like. His body reforms..

Loki has become one once more. Liko still exists, but is now content to be the darkness within Loki's heart...so long as he is let out and vented ;]

"I need to find a way back to my own time. To the time machine!"

"This home was the home of the Grim Reaper himself" Liko communicates to Loki. "Until I drove him out though. He'll return with me...out of the way"

"Well this place has changed"

The tomb is much...calmer..now.

"The time machine! Where are my friends!?" "I let them go during our fight. I did not want them to die, strangely enough. Part of their bond with you, seems to have..transferred to me."

"It's broken!"

"Beyond broken actually. We are trapped in this doomed world of yours!" "Hold on, there is....another...way. Head to the mansion, first floor"

"Blue in here too?"

"This thing?" "Yes, it seems it broke though"

Ouch.

"Stupid thing!" He kicks it, and it knocks it back into working order. How cliche.

"Now how does this thing work?" "It detects the needs of the user, and reacts accordingly. Right now, you are low on...everything, due to our fierce battle."

"Okay, this is bizarre"

A hovering tray of food floats up to meet an unimpressed Loki.

It then force feeds him in a hurry

Before hovering him over a toilet that comes out of nowhere, then removes his pants and pins him to seat and forces him to ..

Then it tears his clothes off and forcibly cleans him and purifies him.

Finally, it puts on new clothes..

..and teleports him off. Or at least, thats what it is SUPPOSED to do.

As his energy was low, he lapsed into a semi-concious state, and failed to materialise.

He is trapped..in the Dreamscape.

A portal opens outside the Dungeon in Dragon Valley..

And Loki drops out! The Dreamscape connected the two timeframes and allowed him to return home at last.

"I'm....BACK?"

"I need to get back home, who knows what timeframe im actually in!"

Quickly too, a burglar thought it would be ideal to rob you while you were all out in other times

HAHA, didnt expect an alarm did you!

Nope!

Police officer Adrian Black to the rescue, one of Blu's best friends

FIGHT!

"You criminals just dont learn. The Blusader takes down the entire dungeon, and your still trying to ruin everything in sight.."

"I missed driving this car"

"Ah man, what a welcome familiar sight"

"Feels like an eternity since ive walked up this path as a whole person."

"Loki, is that really you?" "You know it! How...long have I been gone?" "A month!"

"Well, I'm just glad to have you back in one piece" "Literally" "?" "Nevermind.."

He makes sure to say hi to Sparky too, of course!

"BLU, RUUUUBER DUCKY!" "? OUCH!"

"HAHA! Thought I was gone forever right?" "What the...Loki!?"

"Okay, you just came out of nowhere, after being missing for a month, and returned the rubby ducky test favour. You suck!"

"I forgive you though, its not the same without you here!"

"Hey, Mystery's sleeping upstairs, you should prank him while you can!"

"Take my Megaphone, it'll be funny!"

Is there any other dream worth dreaming?

What a troll.

"MYSTERY! WAKE UP, ITS LOKI!"

He cant stop laughing.

He looks at me and tells me with his eyes that he HATES me.

"So...did you sleep well?"

"Loki? Your a . Im glad your alive, but your still a ."

"Oh that reminds me, got some footage of the Liko fight"

"..."

That face, he isnt being fishy at all

BAHAHAHA!

Its all in the name of humour though. An with that, Loki gets the first sleep he's had in..a loooong time.

And all was right with the world. The End.

Well, except for the morning ritual of course! However, this morning does not end as happily as others..

It is with great sorrow that I announce the passing of Loki's toilet. It finally succumbed to the strain of Loki's , and his bombing runs, and can flush no more. It took all of our without complaint, and made us laugh, made us cry, and made us vomit. RIP, Loki's Toilet, gone but never forgotten

I can't tell you how much I enjoyed this story and how much I appreciate the hard work you've put into it. It's been a strange, hilarious, and overall awesome ride. Thanks, Devalaous. Liko has finally been brought down and the four roommates and their pet can continue living their not-so-normal lives...

Epilogue
Also Birthdays

The original plan I had for the finale was a fourth dungeon level, that spanned the entire 64x64 grid, with creepy things to stumble on, traps galore, and the ultimate goal, a time portal to a dystopian apocalyptic future that would be the battleground for Liko and Loki's final battle. All four would have teamed up to bring him down, sealing him away until next halloween. The dungeon as is is too much for my weak computer to handle well, I had to abandon this plan and work with what I had. I feel it still turned out alright, nothing like my vision, but good enough that I can be proud of what ive made.

And now, for the final update for the forseeable future. I MAY return to this group for stuff like vacations, birthdays for Loki and Mystery, and exploring the future, but I am burnt out on this group. I just want to do something else, something NEW.

Spoiler: Happy birthday Cenx!

Life has carried on as normal for the group, following the battle with the Dungeon residents and Liko.

Cenx has learned how to repair things using her smaller fairy form

Loki is back to solving crazy cases in the Enigma. This time, with Liko within to handle the rough cases.

Blu waves to Loki as he drives past the police station

A protest is going on here

Mystery has some rebellious anti-society issues apparantly.

He gives a passionate speech to the crowd, drowning out the poor cop trying to keep order

Who better to lead?

Maybe he should be in politics. HAHAHAHAHA! Yeah right.

The cop gets louder to drown him out, hurting his ears.

And then, everyone disbands.

It was worth it, right?

Definitely. He takes it up with City Hall itself, inciting a bigger protest!

Loki's joined in for some reason

"Something something computers, yeah!"

Cenx and Blu turn up too. This is a huge protest!

You know its big when ghosts from the nearby graveyard are pulled from their graves to protest as well.

Mystery is not amused.

Oh ffs, zombies are coming to protest too!

Vampire zombies no less.

Ghosts are highly disruptive to all events.

"What are we even protesting about?" "I dont know, I thought it would be fun"

Loki had some stuff set up in the backyard to liven up thier lives a little. He plans to get Mystery in shape, and make him an intelligent fighter with no equal.

Nice try, Blu.

Mystery has taken up painting, but I wouldnt use THAT outfit for it..

He likes to beat the...er...evil chicken.

Loki's skill at making classy drinks is on the rise. One day he might start a wine selling business with Blu.

If she doesnt start a robotics business first!

She still has much to learn on that front though

And now you know why that shower is there.

A lot of time has passed since Liko was defeated.

As such, it's that time again..

Time for another birthday!

Some time later, Andrew has left and its late afternoon. Time for some lunch out back.

Your work is impeccable and creative as always. It is a humbling honor to be featured thus.

I agree, time for this group to take a hiatus for a bit and give some of the others some love. Can't wait to see what any of your groups get involved in next. Maybe Loki will learn how not to wreck toilets in the mean time.

I have to redownload some of the lots people made for the town, and redo the bars again, as well as import the Dungeon and the Group 1 and 2 homes, but first I get to create NPCs for the town. It shipped with elven mailmen, police, firefighters etc, but not with NPCs for the expansion content, so I get to design them first. Here's one I'm making from scratch right now, you might see her in a screenshot for one of the other groups someday.

This group's adventures are over. Im moving on to other things, like the "Group 3" that has been sorta teased but never made.

At the moment I'm making NPCs so that the game doesnt auto-generate ugly randomly assembled people that dont fit the Dragon Valley magical elven theme.

Heres one of them:

She'll only appear during specific parties, but its better than a fat person with pitch black skin, a white mohawk, and dead soulless eyes and a messed up face randomly filling the slot. Yes, random generation is THAT bad. I've seen school bus drivers wearing hockey masks..

Its been a long while since ive posted anything, so heres a status update: I have made new NPCs to fit every single "service" role, except the odd Mermaid one. might make some merms for that. Don't even know if that group will work outside of the Island Paradise world, but hey!

Spoiler: This :red: gets chaotic

These are mix of my own creations and EA's own ones, fixed up and given traits and personalities.

I need to make some sort of dumb apartment for them which WILL look ( I cannot build in this medieval style the world is themed after), and touch up some community lots, like fixing the ty showers in the pool and gym. Some new buildings popped up too, theres a big resort now behind City Hall.

Secondly, Group 3 has partially begun; the first of three guest characters is Yüen, and due to an exchange, Yüen will be the butler/maid of the group, a true non-playable character. Yoraiz0r and Solsund also get roles, as the humourous duo of Orai and Olzund. Group 3 is likely going to be more focused, as it will generally just be the Angler, Travelling Merchant and Stylist. Still have no idea how I'm going to do them, but the Angler and TVM will probably be hatless, due to limited hat options.

Finished with every NPC, and I completed @Yüen 's cameo.

Doesnt look that bad in the relationship panel.

Everyone hates the random hair accessories that comes with the cat ears and pigtails. Even Yüen and I do.

Not that bad a character. Took me four attempts to get a stable version saved and imported into the main template.

And for those curious, those are cryostasis chambers. I put people in there after making them in test savefiles so they dont wander around reading books, hitting on each other, dancing to ty music, etc.

Spoiler: Alternative outfits and stuff

Formalwear is basically an alternate version of her everyday/career outfit.

Likewise, Outerwear is a long warmer version with gloves.

Athleticwear, heh.

The game assigned this as her Career outfit when I assigned the Butler role to her. Ew! Shows clothing and hairstyles can override almost any facial structure. Ive forcibly replaced this abomination with her main outfit, so shes almost always in the outfit in the original source image.

Behind the Scenes

So, ive finished the Terrarians homes, gotten a home for Group 3, and now im stuck doing the dungeon again, even though my computer cant handle the full dungeon I wanted. It goes frame by frame in there now, but it should be an acceptable loss, now that the Liko story is done, I have no need to go there.

Spoiler: Literal spoilers of stuff that would have happened

Was anyone curious what was behind that door that Blu couldnt force open? There was a passageway with a secret room, a tomb, and a winding trapfilled passageway behind that door.

The winding passageway lead to a staircase to the fourth basement level

The secret room. Originally, Liko would have vanished into that sphere portal, taking the portal with him, leaving Loki alone in the dungeon to find another means of following Liko. He would have found this room, only to find out what exactly happened to Cenx and Mystery. Rather grim, isn't it?

Level four was never finished, but lets take a look at what I had planned

This is a reconstruction of what I lost to a crash, the same crash that made me go " it, I'll rewrite the story" Originally it was even bigger than this, much more complex.

One of the more interesting things, was the dive wells. Loki would find one and have to dive to the bottom, hunting for treasures and secrets before his air ran out.

Success would reveal a secret tunnel he would swim through to another area.

He would navigate the network of tunnels to its end, and learn of a second portal and how to use it.

I had a lot of creepy ambience stuff like this ring of altars, all just to create a mood

The portal was in plain sight, first Loki would find this hidden library room, then a second hidden wall, the classic sliding bookshelf.

And theres the portal that would have taken him to an apocalyptic future, where he would have battled Liko while freeing the captive souls of his friends, before using them to help bring Liko down. Midnight Hollow was never originally planned to be part of the story.

I wasn't sure whether to keep her in the story after the tribute, but I made sure to include her as much as possible within the bounds of the stories.

Hey @Devalaous, im curious? What expansion packs did you use for this. I could identify Supernatural and Ambitions, but nothing else
The only reason im curious if for the badassery that is ISP and PSI, because I want it in my game

I have every expansion. Liko PSI uses Late Night/Supernatural's special vampire ghost, you need cheats or mods to use it (Or you make a vampire die of thirst then remove his vampirism while keeping him dead), his second form is another special ghost, its the red ghost used by a pet that dies after happing an unhappy life. Third form (red and yellow one) is "Death by jetpack" from Into the Future, and his final ghost, the weak red and white one, is "Death by blunt force trauma" from Generations.

Heres the thing though: These ghosts are all in the game regardless of whether you have the expansions, they are part of the base game patchs.

All's well that ends well. These stories start out as a comedy, but really do seem to become more serious and, well, emotional. I have to say, this is quite possibly the best, um, story, I've read on this forum page. Probably one of the best fan fictions out there in my opinion. I can't praise you enough, as this is all so amazing.
