Well, guess I have another idea. Also a bit of a shot in the dark, but not much, since I play the source material extensively.

Character Appearance: Mostly wears a blue uniform, with grey highlights. Has a glass helmet surrounding the head, holsters for weapons, and a logo crossed out with red marker.

Character Personality: Mostly serious, with some sense of sarcasm. Surprisingly open with others, but doesn't talk about their backstory.
Character Equipment: Two suppressed pistols, a bolt-action sniper rifle, and his own wits.
Character Abilities: Well, he's a werewolf. What's needed to explain?
Character Backstory: Doesn't talk about it.
Character Quirks: Seems to be fascinated with technology, often holding them in high regards.
