In order to get the builder NPC, you need to get the blueprints, which are dropped from a new enemy called an ancient architect.
Stats for ancient architect:
500 HP
45 dmg
10 defence
"summons undead workers to attack you"
Undead workers:
100 HP
20 dmg
5 defence

Spawns with the rarity of an undead miner.

Drops:
blueprints: 100%
worker staff: 25%
House Hammer: 25%
Nail Gun : 25%
Garage Door Opener : 25%

Weapons :
worker staff :
11 summon dmg
5 mana
spawns in either a melee minion,
a ranged minion, or a magic minion.
Melee: hits with a hammer, average speed.
Ranged: shoots innaccurate nails with a widespread radius. Fast speed.
Magic: shoots a strait beam of what looks like wood until it hits an enemy.Then traps an enemy in a small house (not a placed block house) , dealing constant damage for the next 3 sec.
House Hammer: 50 percent hammer power
fast speed.
23 dmg. when it hits an enemy,they will get the bleeding debuff ,and it has a shockwave effect doing 10 dmg.
4 knockback
Nail Gun:
10 dmg
fast speed
widespread range
transforms bullets into
A: Nails:10 dmg, it will peirce until the enemy's it has hit has a added up total of 15.Most common.
B rusty nails: 12 dmg, inflicts bleeding; Uncommon
C: Sharpened nails:20 dmg, pierces enemy,s until it hits an enemy with over 5 defence.Rare
D: Uranium Nails; 30 dmg, explodes on contact. Super Rare.
Garage door opener:
"Its... Its... Its Magic!
2o dmg :
Right click spawns a garage, trapping enemys inside. (enemys that can pass through walls will fly out.
Left click will open the door, but cause enemys inside to take a constant 20 dmg
(others can do damage through the walls in Multiplayer)

Now, we are finally on to the NPC himself...
The Builder:
Sells
1 wood: 1 copper
Ruler : one gold, no longer sold by the goblin tinkerer.
Toolbelt : 10 gold
Builder Emblem : 25 gold, +5 placement range, 20% increase in placement speed, reduced knockback. (because who wants to get knocked around while building:p)
Can Build Special X by X sructures , for 1 gold to add 1 to each x, starting at 5,5.
Includes walls , made out of wood.
You decide where it goes with your mouse.
Put the blueprints in an unnoccupied room , and he will instantly move in.

This is by no means a wall of text, nor is it problematic by the standards of this forum. Its a perfectly reasonable suggestion length that has no need of spoiler tags. If that is the only criticism that you had to share, then you should have just liked and said nothing.
