I know you have already closed the item balancing thread in 1.4.1, but nonetheless I have one well argued suggestion that actually applies to the accessory ballast and may be introduced in v126.96.36.199.
I know I can wait for the thread to reopen, but I'm afraid I will forget, so I decided to post it here.
Why are there no short swords made of Hardmode ore, Hallowed Bar, Hellstone Bar, Demonite Bar, Crimtane Bar and Chlorophyte Bar in the game?
I know that short swords may seem useless, but they are a characteristic element of the game and can be used for all kinds of challenges, maps and jokes.
I have a few questions in total:
1. Why does Pinky only have 4 stars in the bestiary when the mimic has 5 stars?
2. Why in the bestiary there is only a golden and ice mimic entry, and no wooden and shadow entries?
3. Why are there no Spike Slime and Pirate's Curse entries in the bestiary?
4. Why doesn't the mimic statue discourage the ice mimic on the underground snow biome?
Why was the original form of the Desert Tiger attack abandoned?
Will this attack appear as a new Summon in 1.4.1?
And was the Tigger originally a Pre-Hardmode weapon? In trailer 1.4, it was used to fight Wall of Flesh.
1/2 I know this most likely won't be confirmed or denied until the time arises, but a content update, even a small one, would be nice to have on Terraria's 10th birthday. It really only makes sense considering Terraria's 5th birthday had a substantial content update, even if most of the features were for cosmetic use only. And even though Terraria's last update is confirmed to be around 1.4.1,
I was wondering; what is your personal opinion on whips having stack-able tags to make up for Summoner's low defense? The tag decay time could be increased or decreased depending on how much damage you want the summoner to do.
Actually, why are boomerangs in the melee class? Prior to version 1.4, they were a perfect fit for the primary throwing class weapon. Now that the throwable weapons are gone, the boomerangs look like ranged weapons.
