If I buy terraria during the sale, will I still be able to re-download it through my Mac?

Well, sorry if this belongs in the wrong section, but I think this is the right section, so relocate it if I'm wrong. I know terraria will eventually come to the Mac, but if I purchase terraria on steam during the co-op sale, will I still be able to download the Mac version when it comes out?
