Oh, I had it set on Hold. I didn't realise it was a setting because it wasn't in the main menu setting screen as well. My bad.

On wings such as the Nebula Mantle and Celestial Starboard, the tooltips are now changed to "Press DOWN to toggle hover, Press UP to deactivate hover". The issue is that whenever I tap the button, it does not toggle any sort of hover. I still have to actively hold the key down in order to do so.

I found that the easiest way to recreate it is to be in Journey mode, have spawn rate set at x24, wait for everything to swarm, and spawn Golem.

This only started happening recently if I let too many enemies spawn before summoning Golem. I didn't run into this bug before 1.4.
