    Lol, silly screenshot with my iPad shows something else on the top of my picture, i'll fix that when my PC is back up again.

    Use the "Crop" feature in Photos. Go to Photos, touch "Edit", and select "Crop". Then scale the photo to not have that bar and you're finished. (Just remember to press the "Crop" button, then "Save" button.
