I started going to the gym two weeks ago to start getting in shape for the army reserves. After doing ten runs and ten gym sessions in the last fourteen days I feel brilliant. I'm feeling better, looking better and performing better in sports already! After not touching a weight for two years I feel like I'm falling in love with the gym for the first time. If you're able to, you should start going to your local gym or start going for a few runs every week. It may be painful and tedious at first, but after a while you begin to fall in love with the grind. Start working out, you will start seeing improvements in a lot of areas in your life and your future self will thank you for it.
