    Because PC is the original version, i.e. the developers work on it, and it is ported over by Engine and 505 games.

    The one who makes the quality content for the game is Red, the PC developer.
    Everything in consoles undergoes something I like to call food processing. It gets mushed up into putty and then sent out in slightly unsanitary packagings.
