    Mobile Flail weapons and the release attack

    The flail weapons when releasing shooting the flail out actually use the movement joystick to aim and shoot. This bug has been present for all of mobile 1.4 this nerfs flail greatly and makes them harder to aim. To fix this I suggest adding a aim delay when using flails when releasing them.
