    but seriously, why would someone buy a mac in the first place? everyone knows that Windows is better. and windows is also much less expensive than a mac so there's really no point.

    Yes Mac is more expensive, but in the 3 years since we switched, we've had no crashes, nor had we had to reformat/install the os. Both my husband and I used to work tech support on various levels and we go sick of the bsod that we'd get every few months with a window machine. Windows is not better, it's just the cheaper option.
