    One thing we would know for sure if Nega-Humans attacked; While they would have trouble running after you on their armlegs, a single punch from their legarms would probably knock you out.

    Well, think of it like this. They have a bodyshape like ours, except it's also the opposite. They're like an upside down human; They have feet on the ends of arms, big hands at the end of legs, eyes, mouths, and noses on their 'asses.' And ... the opposite on their 'heads.'
