Not yet! It still has to go to congress. Hopefully that’s as far as it will make it.
    Catch on, gotta Poke'm all.

it's just western anime. (and yes he said it right. anime is simply 'animated cartoon' but we here in the US portray it differently than elsewhere, say, Japan.)

Seek out those books if you can. He didn't give the crap those kind of books always seem to, he explained exactly how it worked for him. From waiting for is own brain to give suggestions to using creative writing tools to dig up ideas like fossils, to the various writing exercises he tries to get done. To even having short stories and interviews packed into them. The two are essentially companions to each other.

Good to know. The last thing that I (half) read was Ready Player One and it just felt... soulless. I want to distance my work from that.

You mean the Slack server from the late 2015 ( not the one that was before )? It was an interesting place.
Life is all about moving forward. Mostly because if you look back, you'll die of embarrassment.
    Oh boy, I'm 22.

"Why are you space bounty hunting at 3 in the morning?" "Because I've lost control of my life."

I mean, the Super Saiyan was a legend for thousands of years, then Goku did it, then all the others went 'Ohhhh' and realized they could do it all along. Then it turned out that wasn't even the final form of Super.

And now Akira Toriyama has revealed it's just a more efficient Kaio-Ken (he even said '10x stronger than before') and 2 and 3 are just variants, training the first form enough would make it stronger and more efficient than them.

Oh wow I forgot to say where I was going with that. Instead of the actual grit of hard work no matter how hard they say they trained they always looked for a shortcut (and getting stronger from almost dying) such that all of these monkeys together couldn't write Saiyanspeare.
Oh man EA, I'm not sure your foot is where you just shot yourselves.

I heard another developer on twitter unfortunate enough to be working for EA has received seven death threats and thousands of personal attacks because of this.

Also it wasn't really a defense as much as it was telling someone who paid $80 that they should be proud to grind for 40 hours per character, and low key outright admitting they jumped up what it took to unlock them from the beta. And with characters that weren't locked in the first game. The most popular ones.

It's so obvious what they're trying to pull and they said just the right thing to make people at long last explode with anger, and of all things they're EA, already so hated that this was a perfect storm.
Trying to get back into writing. A little unclear on how I managed to turn a 4000 Word exercise into 10000. Just makes flexing take longer.

Jeeze... that's worse than me. XD
I usually get it just a few words over the limit.
It turns out Peppermint Oil is like Holy Water for bugs. It also smells nice.
Apparently, Millenials (Generation Y) are people born around the 80s. People born after 2000 are Generation Z. Sounds like foreshadowing.

Luckily if there ever is one we already proved we'd get through it. Throughout time humans united, seen recently in Greece and Egypt. Police gone? Neighborhood watches. Armed convoys. Stores empty? The black market gives food and medicine. People with vital skills, like doctors, would found walled towns. Armed survivors merely bodyguards.

The survivalists and lone psychos would be the most common victims, as venturing from massive amounts of people is foolish. We are already so good at killing each other. When your enemy is a dumb, slow, fragile thing they stand no chance, and we have more than enough bullets. Media doesn't give ourselves enough credit.
A Gamespot reviewer once complained that Half Life 2: Lost Coast was too similar to Half Life 2. This game journalism disaster had signs.

That guy couldn't even bother to do enough research to learn it was a cut Half Life 2 level, or that the actual intended purpose of its release was to be a test demo and benchmark.
