seems like there's a delay on his transformation sequences. You have to weaken him first and then get him to disappear, dodge the bullet hell, then finish him off. Otherwise it wouldn't activate the win-code.

change block property on spawn maybe? Also might update the sprite for the Mandragoran into an animated 3 frame...
