He's one of the easiest to fight because he moves in a Rhythm. It's painful when you don't have the DPS but so is every boss

The easiest way would be to get a Tsunami from Duke Fishron and couple that with Holy Arrows to melt Plantera (With Quivers and emblems to boot) To kill Duke Fishron use a Daedalus Stormbow with Holy Arrows
