Hello Terraria forums I am currently interested in modding Terraria.I was wondering where could I find discord servers for modding, are the forums a good place or are there other places?

If you want to use tModLoader for mods (and you probably should), you can find the official tModLoader help thread here. The tModLoader GitHub page also has tons of examples, as well as a wiki that gives you most of the basic information. Finally, you can find the official tModLoader Discord server here, which is where you can ask questions if the wiki can't answer your question.

Yes, if you want to make mods yourself you should enable developer mode.

You're more likely to get an answer on the Discord, but you can ask them here as well.
