Change between vanilla and tmodloader?

I know how to install, and uninstall tmodloader, but my wifi is really slow. Is there a way to switch between vanilla and tmodloader easily?

Something I've noticed works very well is instead of replacing the vanilla Terraria executable, just add the tModLoader to the same folder with a different name (like tModLoader.exe). Then, in Steam, you can add a shortcut to that executable, so that you can easily start either version via Steam.
