I was fighting the Moon Lord in Journey Mode so I could clone his treasure bag and for some reason one of the bags contained a Terrarian with the Legendary modifier, which shouldn't be possible iirc

Well I don’t think it shouldn’t have the prefix, after all it’s a melee weapon

It's kind of a weird press release, because the One Drop people clearly don't actually know Terraria very well, but it looks like there might have been some change on this. Probably not a bug.

You can tell it's not meant to be there because yo-yos can't have their speed modified, and speed modification is one of the bonuses of Legendary.

Normal Yoyos do not have Legendary but the Terrarian was modified especially to have it, somehow. Something Red did.
