Items "Shimmer permabuff info sheet" item to see which shimmer permabuffs you already used

Add to every vendor npc shop, if the npc is in shimmer the item "shimmer permabuff info sheet" that shows what shimmer permanents your character already consumed. The info shall be in the tooltip in the form:
You have consumed:
Ambrosia - yes
Peddler Satchet - no
...

2) I don't think it should be added to EVERY NPC. Someone like a Wizard makes sense. But every one of them - not.

1) Why do we need an NPC for those ? It can be added anywhere in the UI... We have plenty of space there... well, mobile/console version might not but it can be hide in some submenu somewhere, it's not an information you need to see 100% of the time.

This could be added in the equipment tab of the player’s inventory, shown just below the usual equipment slots. There’s plenty of room there.

Huh that makes no sense

This makes no sense like it already shows up on your character as a small image in the main menu and you can hover over it to see the permanent consumables you have
