Weapons & Equip Clown Car (mount)

The Clown Car would be a transformation mount that would turn the player into a small car often used in circus performances (the player would actually sit inside).
The summon item for the Clown Car would be Small Car Keys and would be dropped by the Clown.
The Clown Car would be 2 or even 1 block high, would be quite fast, would create a comically large beam of light from its headlights, and would have two double jumps with an explosion of confetti.

Since the player is sitting in a small car, he is probably unable to draw weapons and tools, so he cannot use them.

How fast is "quite fast?" And I don't think it should be that small. Mounts that decrease the player's size don't exist currently, and while it looks like the bat transformation will do that, it probably also comes with some downsides that balance it out.

In terraria, multiple people cannot ride a mount. So the closest thing we could get to that is having a tiny car that can still fit a full sized Terrarian. Also, clown cars are definitely smaller than normal cars. Wouldn't it be cool to have a mount that makes you tiny? Maybe you wouldn't be able to attack from it or something. It could be for mobility and just for the funny

Yep why not lol terraria has tons of items for the funi and this comes from the enemy who is the funny being the clown
 
I updated the description to include a section about not being able to use weapons while using the Clown Car.
This should balance its advantages and get rid of the problem of "what should the animation of a small car using a weapon look like?".
