Someone that is or used to be part of the league of assassins, is what I think I can narrow it down to. My first guess was actually Ras Al Ghul (or however it's spelled), the currently not seen leader. But...
That's Sara. Wouldn't his daughter be like... angry?

It is possible, if it is him he wouldn't care about that, but why would he kill one of his assassins?
Maybe it is someone we haven't seen yet.. ..or Malcolm Merlin
