3 seconds, 60 seconds in a minutes, 10x3=30. 10 miles in 30 seconds, x that by 2 which would be 20 in a minute. 20x30 minutes equals 600 miles in half an hour, and you double that to get his speed.
So... he goes at 1200 miles per hour...

Oops, you're right, I did an extra times 60. I did 60x60x60 for seconds divided by 3 for MPH, when it should have been 1x60x60 or just 60x60.
