Overall, the Terra Blade is the best in my opinion among the 1.2 swords. However, the Horseman's Blade also rivals the Terra Blade as being very powerful compared to other peak 1.2 swords.

I agree, Horseman's Blade is pretty sexy
Though it was only introduced in 1.2.1, so if by 1.2 you mean only 1.2, then Terra Blade.

The Horseman's Blade is very powerful, but also riskier to use than the Terra Blade, since you must attack your enemies at close range. your mileage may vary
