He wasted my 4% 5 star rate.

He's the best axe user in the game.

However, if you're that mad at him and want to give distant counter to someone else, I suggest that you go to the fire emblem heros wiki and look for build ideas for other heros. I wouldn't recommend giving it to roy tho.

But he's also an armored unit.

Armored units can be surprisingly mobile with pivot.

Hector can't pivot if all my units are too far away. And by Roy I mean Brave Roy.

Well then I can't tall you if it's a good idea or not, because I don't know how good brave Roy is! Ultimately, though, it's your decision what you do.

I might put it on Azura if I get her, but I doubt I will.
