I list every mod I use in the description of each episode, per episode. So if the mod list changes for the next episode (it does) then I will list exactly which mods I use in that episode.
Because that series isn't really a playthrough, at least not anymore, then the mod list changes very often.

Several mods that I started the series with are no longer even updated, and many other old ones are no longer used, while a lot of new ones are.
