I feel the same way sometimes. The easiest way is to find someone who truly understands you as a person.

Yeah, I'm in the same boat but I just learned to not let it bother me. I'm better at understanding others than vice versa. Literally one person I know was actually able to tell how I felt at a glance.

I haven't drawn anything in 8-10 years, probably because I lack the confidence to accept the bad result that is guaranteed at zero level, but I need it to get somewhere.
