It is a custom title imported from Terraria Online. Members who had custom titles on Terraria Online back when it existed had the option of importing their custom titles to TCF. There isn't a way to get custom titles anymore.

Those few members are super lucky! Btw, thanks for telling me.

Yeah, I really wish I was around during the TO days. I could've been something much better if I did.
