For the destroyer, kill mimics in the underground hallow until you get the Daedalus Stormbow from one, and then use Holy arrows to utterly shred it. For the other two, simply use the same tactics, but fly diagonally up letting go of the jump button whenever a projectile is fired at the space above your head.
