So far my mod has a whopping:
134+ new weapons
53 new accessories
19 new ammos
12 new armour sets
I don't see the point in bragging about crafting materials
2 new ores and 3 new bars
13 new enemies all except 1 have unique drops (one of them is my profile pic)
1 new miniboss
8 new bosses
I generally think content mods should avoid vanilla modifications.
28 new accesory prefixes

Before someone asks yes Qwerty's Bosses and items is available to download and is open source.
And I could easily spilt it into two seperate mods, one being the new content and the other being vanilla tweaks. Although most tweaks are just new set bonuses for those that don't have any and some small stat buffs for ore armours.
If we only look at "finished" stuff, my mod currently has:
Over 70 changes to vanilla weapons, ranging from stat changes, added attacks or reworks.
Over 20 new projectiles related to these changes.
3 new debuffs
5 buffed accessories
4 changes to certain accessories that will possibly enable new builds and/or whole playstyles
1 buffed armor piece and 1 reworked set bonus
