cons:

you start out with halved health; 50 health with 5 red hearts, gaining 10 with each heart, up to 200, then up to 240 with life fruit, and maxing out at 300 with lifeforce potion

certain enemies will deal more damage, while others will deal less damage

natural life regen is completely nullified, while forced regen is halved

certain hazards and enemies deal debuffs that they didn't before

pros:

ankh charm and its tinkers protect against almost all non-special debuffs

most combat potions (lifeforce, endurance, wrath, etc) have their duration massively increased

isn't that already a feature in Fargo's eternity mode tho
