There is another mod I found that adds only the console exclusive stuff (no mobile exclusive stuff) but keeps it unchanged from the console version, it's called "Ocram 'n Stuff".

I wonder if the 3DS content is added like the worm pet

Only stuff from the PS3/360/Vita is added in that mod, no 3DS or Mobile stuff. Consolaria however does add all Console/Mobile/3DS stuff but modifies their stats, abilities and sprites.

What would a example be of the modification?

Dragon armour has a new sprite and its set bonus makes you drop spectral flames when hit, another example is the Vulcan repeater is now a 3 round burst repeater. Also the Ocram boss has more accurate lasers and rains down homing skulls in Expert mode.
