If going for no natural spawns other than the one Voodoo Demon for the Wall of Flesh, I wonder if it's borderline impossible even with perfect RNG manipulation or actually impossible.
Either way, it's much easier on Journey Mode because of being able to turn spawns off.

You can simply relocate the guide to hell, put him in lava... and that's the poor man's Voodoo Doll.

Unless pillar enemies count as natural spawns, then I think you could although your gear options would be very limited.

To really answer this, what all would be counted as natural spawns? Mainly, would events count? Asking mainly because of the pillars.
