To be honest, me neither. I do understand the personal Attack one, however.

Calling somebody a 'goon' for defending something you personally don't like seems like a personal attack, to me, which is anything but a "bull infraction" considering personal attacks are explicitly against the rules...

Nothing to do with not wanting you. They don't give a damn if you stay or not, they just expect you to behave while you choose to do the first.
