I have already tried all of that, to me it did not help.

The rest is just practice and getting your sea legs on, I believe. Like most things. You might not reach the level of great spriters, but adequacy is always possible.

You won't know for sure until you really go for it.

Also practice, practice, and practice.

But this may be an useful advice: It's normal to think you are not making progress. It takes time and it's very easy to get frustrated if you can't do exactly what you want, so there might be this impression of "I'm not getting better at all". Just keep doing because eventually you will.
