I think you meant "Hola, yo estoy loco" which would mean "Hello, I'm crazy". No offense, just trying to figure out what the 'soy' part was supposed to be, and that's the closest thing I know of.

Actually... I google'd it, and "soy loco" is actually valid. I did not know that. Still means "I'm crazy".

Soy and estoy in this case both work.

The difference is, sometimes that "soy" is more of a permanent thing, while "estoy" is momentary, so "Estoy loco" can be seen as "I'm crazy right now (but may not be in a few minutes.)"
