The current default binding for Navigate Hotbar in the Classic scheme is RB+Left Stick. With this binding, at any point in which you are pressing RB, the game will stop accepting left stick inputs for movement until the button is released.

The Wizard Hat causes a few stray pixels below the feet to blip in and out of existance as the head bobs up and down, and there's a few skin pixels above the hand during the walk animation with the familiar clothes that might be intentional but still look off.

On the PC version of Terraria, longer hairstyles currently have a minor visual quirk where the hairstyle gets cut off when you wear wings.
On Switch, the same does not occur, and I think it generally looks better.
My suggestion is that this is changed to reflect what the Switch version has...
I've been playing Terraria for Nintendo Switch a lot recently, and have learned that with Autosave enabled the game can have lag spikes during saving that make it uncomfortable to play.
My suggestion is that when Autosave is disabled to add the option to manually save without exiting the world...
